The project

The project was unclear from the start but it would be easy.  The client wasn't quite sure what they wanted but at the same time had very strong opinions about pieces to include.  There were phone calls, webinars, discussions.  The consultant was now regularly making urgent requests for information of questionable value.  He had ideas, none of which would move the client to a good solution but all of which would generate follow-up questions.

Time for an hourly rate.
