"Next year should see a gain of #800 at least. I wonder! So far as money is concerned these are uncertain times.
The day has been wet with fishworms crawling around. Not much like the midst of winter. Have spent the day listening to radio, reading and doing odd jobs. Took short walk with the dogs in the rain."

So much for the odd weather being odd. It's the same odd January weather today as it was in 1932.
Liabilities - none. That's an envious financial statement if I've ever seen one.
