Frederik Meijer R.I.P.

I heard Meijer store President Fred Meijer speak twenty-some years ago.  He explained how the little things are so important like having a grocery store bathroom door open outward so shoppers who have just washed their hands don't have to pull on a handle that has been touched by a hundred other potentially dirty hands.  I've never forgot that story.
