What you should be eating

A recent Time magazine featured Dr. Oz writing about foods we should all be eating. I can't link to the article because my mother-in-law holds the subscription. Not many surprises - Cheetos did not make the list nor did bacon, butter or baked goods (isn't Dr. Oz part of the Oprah gang responsible for promoting psychobabble, bad books and stupid diet plans?).
Dr. Oz does promote fermented dairy products (good), berries (I like berries), coffee (the best damned anti-oxidant drink in the world), wine and some other things.
I want us all to be healthy and pass along some advice from a renowned cardiologist I dined with last week (he ate a large piece of murdered cow): "It's all about portions; control your portions and your fine" he commented as I ordered a second glass of wine. "For me, this evening," he added, "wellness is a medium-well bone-in steak." Portions.
