At 3:59 in you will see a master who loves his work.  That we all would work with such zeal.

"Inside and outside the macelleria it's controlled chaos.  Employees pour wine to one and all.  Great mounds of lardo are smeared on crustini's.  Pulpetas and salumis are offered and accepted.  More wine.  The party spills out of the jammed shop and onto and up and down the street.  A porketta appears; an operatic performance, a blur of pork, music, large knives, red wine and poetry. . ."
