Kill your TV
It's science.
"The results showed that more than two hours of TV viewing per day increased risk of type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, and more than three hours of daily viewing increased risk of premature death."

I'll bet working in a chair all day is just as bad, if not worse.

I pace. Does that help?

According to what I read, yes, even fidgeting helps. Tall desks that you stand up to are the new thing. Some male cubicle-dwellers are doing push-ups every hour on the hour. I assume they don't wear ties to work.
My prediction: The next new thing will be bars without barstools. Just a brass rail to put your foot on, a la old-timey saloons.
