First pitch
It was Chamber night at The Licking County Settlers baseball game last night and Ben was honored to throw out the first pitch.

He had his own cheering section ( L to R - Chamber President, Cheri Hottinger, Jeff Harris, Ben, Henry and Pat Guanciale)

Before the game he warmed up with the trustees. . .

. . .and Settlers catcher, Joe Hudson, from the University of Notre Dame.

At the appointed time, it was straight gas. A strike.

A free hat on his head and a strike in the books, he basked in the afterglow. Plus the Settlers came up with a win.

Nothing like a a baseball game...especially with children. I recently blogged about a similar experience. http://villageundertaker.wordpress.com/2010/05/23/take-me-out-to-the-ball-game/
