Update:  Before you get too far into this week's reading project, the language will be changing from this "shell" language to the real language by mid-week.  Also, the student loan language could change based on the Congressional Budget Office's cost estimate for the bill.  If a vote occurs it will be the end of the week - probably this weekend.
