I eat at McDonald's.  Proudly.  Best fries out there (though they were better when cooked in animal fat).  I also cook meals at home.  I even let my wife cook a few meals.  "Moderation in all things, including moderation" is my motto - just catch me on a Saturday night.  I understand that were I to eat McDonald's every day of the week, that would be a problem.  I don't do that.  But food nazis love to assume those things happen.
