Historian, Steven Hayward, discussed his new book, The Age of Reagan: The Conservative Counterrevolution, on Morning Joe.  Hayward reminds us of two important historical facts that are often forgotten.  First, some of Reagan's biggest frustrations were caused by Republican legislators.  Second, Reagan's bipartisanship.  His largest tax cut passed the Senate 88-11.
