Hot Air has Limbaugh's speech at CPAC.  He does a nice job of outlining the core beliefs of conservatism:  A love of individuals versus groups; a belief in equal rights (life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness) rather than attempts to create equal outcomes, a desire for individual success and a distrust of government's ability to execute according to plan.
