I can't find the follow-up clip but Neil Cavuto had this plumber on this afternoon.  The plumber explained that he has worked hard and saved enough money to buy a plumbing company.  The gentleman noted that he has scraped to save the money but will earn an income of over $250,000.  Why should he have to pay more because he worked hard.  When I find the clip, I'll add.  Here is the original exchange:
