2.  Shut down energy speculators by closing "loopholes" in the Commodity Futures Trading Commission regulations.
3.  Release light oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserves.
4.  Reduce Greenhouse emissions by implementing a "cap and trade" emissions auction system.
5.  Re-involve the U.S. in the U.N. Framework Convention on Climate Change.
6.  Invest in clean energy - hybrids, renewable energy, low emission coal and biofuels.
7.  Implement a "Green Vet" program to hire veterans in green technology jobs.
8.  Federal grant program to clean up targeted industries.
9.  Job training program for clean technology - "provide youth participants with energy efficiency and environmental service opportunities."
10. Increase fuel economy standards.
11. Put one million plug-in electric vehicles on the road by 2015, providing $7,000 tax credit for purchase and conversion of these vehicles.
12. $4 billion in retooling tax credits directed at automakers.
13. All vehicles become flex fuel vehicles.
14. Establish a national low-carbon fuel standard.
15. "Use it or Lose it" policy on existing oil leases.

1.   Expand domestic oil and natural gas production - outer continental shelf moratorium lifted.
2.   Clean car challenge with $5,000 tax credits for purchase of zero carbon emission cars.
3.   Three hundred million dollars prize for battery technology that allows better electric cars.
4.   Fifty percent flex fuel cars by 2012.
5.   Alcohol-based fuels.
6.   Eliminate focused-government mandates, tariffs, subsidies and price supports for ethanol.
7.   Enforce existing mileage efficiency requirements to incentivize fuel-efficient vehicles.
8.   Two billion dollars annually to clean coal technology.
9.   Forty-five new nuclear power plants by 2030 with total of 100 plants as goal.
10. Ten percent tax credit for efficiency R&D.
11. Tax credits for wind, hydro and solar.
12. Reduce greenhouse emissions through implementation of cap-and-trade system.
13. Improve federal government efficiency standards for their owned property and buildings.
14. SmartMeter technology for consumer energy monitoring.
15. Align speculator rules with stock and bond regulations.
16. No "windfall profits" tax.
