I like steaks cooked on a charcoal fire.  I use lighter fluid on the grill and the best part of using charcoal is having a few beers while watching the coals go gray and seeing the steaks sear.  Sound good?  Wrong.  I am upping my "carbon belch" by engaging in such behavior.

"So what" says grassfire.org.  They are promoting carbon belch day on June 12 - a Thursday with no baseball scheduled, I might add.
