In the last four years, David Rhodes has made a difference in Newark.  He is a person who doesn't need to serve on Council.  For all I know, he has no large political aspirations.  He serves.  And he deserves to continue serving.

Rhodes has been instrumental in the public-private partnerships that include the Hollander Pool, Levin Park and the Ice Arena.  All three of these operations were once city burdens and have been transformed into gems in large part because of the work of David Rhodes.

Rhodes was also the Council catalyst for the reworked property maintenance code and the revised zoning ordinance winding its way through the political process.  He works with both political parties in order to make good things happen.  He is modest about his power but is never afraid to disagree OR agree if it serves the City of Newark.

In a very short time, Rhodes has become the main voice of reason, efficiency and operation on Newark Council.  His influence is important and positive.  He deserves your support.
