When Indiana offered private companies the opportunity to enter into long-term leases on public roads, it was estimated that Chicago's Skyway might fetch $900 million under the right terms. Instead the deal netted $1.8 billion in a 99-year lease. The Pepsi freeway, Home Depot highway or Marv's bridge not sound right?
